In a mail on Twitter past Instagram head Adam Mosseri, he has revealed that Instagram has started to test its promised chronological feed. Still, this won't employ to your entire feed. According to Mosseri, he revealed that there will exist three feed options for users to choose from: Habitation, Favorites, and Following.

With Home, it will proceed to use the aforementioned feed that y'all are already familiar with. And so there is Favorites and Following, both of which will exist displayed in a chronological order. The main deviation is that with Favorites, y'all go to curate your own feed so y'all can add creators, friends, or family members to it that you don't want to miss anything from.

Mosseri notes that they have already started rolling out the characteristic as a test to some users, but if all goes well, it is expected to exist available to all users in the first one-half of 2022.
